before the Registrar of the Supreme Court, for the
judicial district in which the Curator may reside, or
such other person or persons as the Governor in
Council may from time to time appoint for that
purpose:
Now therefore His Excellency Sir George Grey,
the Governor, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority in him vested on this behalf, by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the Colony, doth hereby fix and appoint the
thirty-first day of March, the thirtieth day of June,
the thirtieth day of September, and the thirty-first
day of December, in every year, to be the days on
which every Curator of Intestate Estates within the
Colony shall produce and pass his accounts in each
estate of which he has been or shall be appointed
administrator before the Registrar of the Supreme
Court for the judicial district in which such Curator
shall be resident.

COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by "The Intestate Estates Act,
1865," it is amongst other things enacted
that the Colonial Treasurer shall deduct such amount
as shall from time to time be fixed by the Governor
in Council, but not exceeding five pounds per centum,
from the moneys paid to the credit of the Intestate
Estates Fund, and the sum so deducted shall be
passed to the credit of and shall form part of the
general revenue of the Colony:
Now therefore His Excellency the Governor, by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the Colony, doth hereby order and direct
that the sum of five pounds per centum shall be
deducted from all moneys paid, or which shall here-
after be paid to the credit of the Intestate Estates
Fund, to form part of the general revenue of the
Colony.

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by "The
Deeds Registration Amendment Act, 1863," I
do hereby order, that on and after the first day of
April next, the Register of Deeds Offices within the
several Provinces of New Zealand shall be open to
the public daily, (Sundays, Saturdays, and public
holidays excepted), from Ten (10) o'clock a.m. to
Four (4) o'clock p.m., and on Saturdays from Ten
(10) o'clock a.m. to Two (2) o'clock p.m. But no
Deeds shall be received for registration after the
hours of Two (2) o'clock p.m. on Saturdays, and
Three o'clock p.m. on other office days.
All former Regulations relating to office hours are
hereby rescinded.
