THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI.,
of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by
persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims
of the undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that
the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the
annexed Schedule.

Entitled to Crown Grants of the Sections No. 765, 832, 848, and 969, in the City of Wellington; also, to Rural Section No. 52, Ohariu District; also, to Rural Sections No. 26, Horowhenua, and No. 237 Manawatu Districts, as sur- veyed by the New Zealand Company; subject nevertheless to the conditions of clause VI. "Land Orders and Scrip Act, 1858." Also, to select one hundred acres in respect of an unexercised land order, under the conditions of clause II. of the before-mentioned Act.
