the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

1. The name and style of the Company is "The
   Suspension Water Race Company, Registered."
2. The place of operations is at Black's No. 1
   Diggings.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is six
   thousand pounds in three hundred shares of twenty
   pounds each.
4. The amount already paid up is four thousand
   pounds sterling.
5. The name of the manager is Peter Walsh.
6. The office of the Company is at Black's No. 1.
7. The names and several residences of the share-
