I, JOHN BOYLE BENNETT, Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies for the Provinces of Auckland
and Hawke's Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby notify that I have registered a Memo-
randum of Association, with Articles of Association
annexed, establishing a Company (with limited
liability of the shareholders therein), entitled
"THE OTAHUHU PUBLIC HALL COMPANY (Limited);"
the object of which is "to provide a Hall for the
purposes of legitimate Public Amusements or
business."

And that in pursuance of the provisions of "The
Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have issued a
Certificate of Incorporation of the said Company,
bearing date this twentieth day of August, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.

is withdrawn from the List of Officiating Ministers

Court of Appeal of New Zealand shall be held
within the Supreme Court House, Lambton Quay,
in the City of Wellington, upon Tuesday, the ninth
day of October next at eleven o'clock in the forenoon,

Court are required to give their attendance.

Clark, carrying on business as Auctioneers
and Commission Agents, in Colombo Street, Christ-
church, Canterbury, New Zealand, under the style or
firm of "Luck and Clark," have this day dissolved
our said partnership by mutual consent.

All outstanding accounts due to the late firm must
be forthwith paid to Mr. Isaac Luck, who will dis-
charge all liabilities.

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Prince of Wales Quartz Mining Company."

  2. The place of operations is at Skippers.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve
    thousand pounds in two thousand four hundred
    shares of five pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is three thousand

  5. The name of the manager is Denis Gilmore
