TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME,
GREETING:

WHEREAS by a Governor's Order, dated the
seventh day of May, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-six, the Port of Molyneux, in the
Province of Otago, was declared to be no longer a
Port for the purposes of "The Customs Regulation
Act, 1858:" And whereas it has become expedient
to annul the said Order, and to reappoint the Port of
Molyneux to be a Port for the purposes of the above-
mentioned Act: Now therefore, I, Sir George Grey,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in
exercise of the power in me for this purpose vested
by "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858," do hereby
appoint, that on and from the date hereof, there shall
be within the Province of Otago, a Port to be called

The Port of MOLYNEUX,

the limits whereof shall be as follows, -extending
from the mouth of the Puerua River, along the
Clutha River and the ocean beach as far as the
boundary between sections 6 and 7 of block VII,
South Molyneux, and including the spaces reserved
for the Township of Molyneux.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir
George Grey, Knight Commander of the
Most Honorable Order of the Bath,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this
fifteenth day of June, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-six.

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME,
GREETING:

WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly
of New Zealand, intituled "The Arms Act,

1860," it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the
Governor, by warrant under his hand, from time to
time, to appoint persons to make and issue licenses
in the forms and to the effect respectively set forth
in the Schedule to the said Act, which persons are
in the said Act designated and referred to as
Licensing Officers:

Now therefore, I, Sir George Grey, the Governor
as aforesaid of the said Colony, in pursuance and
exercise of the said powers and authority, do hereby
appoint

HENRY SCOTT MCKELLAR,
an Officer of Customs in the Colony of New Zealand,
to be a Licensing Officer under the said Act.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir
George Grey, Knight Commander of
the Most Honorable Order of the Bath,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, at the
Government House at Wellington, this
twenty-first day of June, in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-six.
