THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the firm of "J. T.
Peacock and Co." was dissolved by effluxion of
time on the 31st December, 1862, and was recon-
stituted Mr. J. T. Peacock retiring therefrom on
that day in favor of Mr. Charles Wesley Turner.

ERRATUM.-In Gazette, No. 29, of 18th May
1866, page 201, in the statement of Assets and
Liabilities of the Union Bank of Australia, under
the heading, "Assets," instead of "Colonial Govern-

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI.,
of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by
persons claiming Title thereto, from through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims
of the undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I de hereby decide that
the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the
annexed Schedule.

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly
of New Zealand, intituled "The Lost Land Orders Act, 1861," to hear and decide claims for Crown
Grants of Lands for which the original Land Orders have been lost or destroyed, report that the claim
of John Viney, of London, having been referred to me by command of the Governor, I do hereby decide
that the aforesaid claimant is entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against his name in the annexed
Schedule.
