"The Railway Act, 1866;"
"The Howick Park Act, 1866;"
"The Road Act (No. 2), 1866;"
"The Appropriation Act, 1866."
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has been pleased to leave the same to their operation.

General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the
eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen
Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act, 1854,"
the following Name of an OFFICIATING MINISTER,
within the meaning of the said Act, is published for
general information—

The Reverend ANDREW STEVENS.
I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births,
Deaths and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAME of an OFFICIATING
MINISTER within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 9, of the 30th of January; No. 13, of the
3rd of March; No. 17, of the 24th of March; No.
20, of the 11th of April; and No. 22, of the 24th of
April, in the present year.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this
seventh day of May, 1866.
