a slated roof, situate in James Street, New
Plymouth, in the occupation of Messrs. E. L. Hum-

(formerly Webster Brothers),

has been approved and duly appointed under the 11th
clause of "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858," for
the reception of goods under bond.

IN conformity with the 29th clause of "The Gold
Fields Acts Amendments Act, 1865," it is hereby
notified that it is intended to grant a lease for Gold
Mining purposes of the Crown Lands to the Appli-
cants specified in the Schedule hereto.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand: Otago and
Southland District.

In the matter of petition of William Morgan, of
Waipori, in the Province of Otago, butcher, a
debtor; and in the matter of the petition of
George Lane, of Waiporai, in the Province of
Otago aforesaid, slaughterman, a creditor of the
said William Morgan to the extent of not less
than Fifty pounds; and in the matter of "The
Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

UPON reading the petition of the said William
Morgan, and the affidavit thereunto annexed,
and upon hearing Mr. Bryan Cecil Haggitt, of
counsel for the said petitioner, it is ordered that
Robert Chapman, Esquire, the Registrar of this
Honourable Court at Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago aforesaid, do and shall in the name and on the
behalf of the said petitioner, convey, assign, and
make over all the said petitioner's real and personal
estate and effects unto George Lane, of Waiporai, in
the Province of Otago aforesaid, slaughterman, and
William Draper, of the same place, slaughterman,
upon trust for the collection and conversion into
money of the said estate and effects, and the distri-
bution of the net proceeds pro rata, and subject to
existing legal priorities (if any) amongst such of the
creditors of the said petitioner as shall duly prove
their respective debts by affidavit filed in the office of
the Registrar of this Court at Dunedin aforesaid,
within space of three calendar months from the
date of this order, and upon and subject to such
other trusts and provisions as the said Court may at
or before the final hearing of the said petition direct
or approve.

Dated this nineteenth day of March, 1866.

In the matter of the petition John William Feger,
of Caversham, near Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago, hotel keeper, a debtor; and in the
matter of the petition of William Bridgman, of
Caversham, near Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago aforesaid, a creditor of the said John
William Feger to the extent of not less than
fifty pounds; and in the matter of "The
Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862 and 1865."

WHEREAS by an order of this Honorable Court,
made on the fifth day of February now last
past, it was ordered that John William Feger, the
above-named petitioner, should forthwith cede and
deliver, convey, assign, and make over all his real and
personal estate and effects whatsoever and where-
soever, unto James Young of Dunedin, aforesaid,
timber merchant, and Samuel Marks, of Caversham,
aforesaid, brewer, two of the creditors of the said
