I have the honor to forward herewith particulars of the produce I intend to show at the forthcoming Intercolonial
Exhibition, also my requirements as to space, &c.; and I agree to submit to the "General Conditions" published for the
guidance of intending Exhibitors.

BOTTLES.—Still White Wines, in Hock or Sauterne Bottles.
Red Wines, in Claret or Burgundy Bottles.
Sparkling Wines, in Champagne Bottles.
CORKS.—None but the best new Velvet Corks should be used.

CAPSULES, if required, should be applied.
STAMPS on the cork, wax, or capsules, should be distinct.
LABELS, if used, should be simple.
PACKING should be carefully done.

- Mr. J. C. Richmond's seat in the Legislative Council was not vacated on the date of his return (2nd March, 1866) as
Member of the House of Representatives for the District of Grey and Bell. The resignation of his seat in the Legislative
Council, dated 2nd March, 1866, was received by the Colonial Secretary on the 15th April, 1866, and was forwarded forthwith to
His Excellency the Governor for acceptance, as required by the Constitution Act to constitute a vacancy; and the acceptance
by the Governor was signified to the Colonial Secretary on the 23rd April, 1866.
