Demy folio books, 4 quires and under : Whole bound rough calf, gilt lettered on back, short title and date, 8s. 9d. (eight shillings and nine pence).
For every additional quire, 9d. (ninepence).
Ditto, ditto : Half-bound, rough calf, cloth sides, gilt lettered on back, short title and date, 7s. (seven shillings).
For every additional quire, 8d. (eightpence).
Foolscap folio books, 4 quires and under : Whole bound, calf, gilt lettered on back, short title and date, 7s. 3d. (seven shillings and threepence).
For every additional quire, 8d. (eightpence).
Ditto, ditto : Half-bound calf, cloth sides, gilt lettered on back, short title and date, 5s. 6d. (five shillings and sixpence).
For every additional quire, 5d. (fivepence).

W. HICKSON, SON, and Co., for the supply of best Newcastle (N.S.W.) Coal, screened, and delivered at the Public Offices at fifty-two shillings and sixpence (52s. 6d.) per ton.


BENJAMIN REEVE, for the supply of Firewood, Rata or Manuka, cut and split to suit fireplaces :—
Two feet lengths, one pound ten shillings (£1 10s.) per cord.
One foot length, two pounds two shillings (£2 2s.) per cord.
