tificate of Incorporation of the said Company,

thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partner-
ship heretofore subsisting between us
the undersigned as Newspaper Proprietors and
Printers, was on the nineteenth day of De-
cember, 1864, dissolved by mutual consent.
The debts due and the debts owing by the
late firm will be received and paid respectively
by the undersigned Thomas Wilmor McKenzie,
by whom in future the business will be carried
on.
Dated at Wellington, the third day of

IN pursuance of on order of His Honor Mr.
Justice Chapman, dated the twentieth day
of January, One thousand eight hundred and
sixty five, made under Sec. VII of "The
Trustees Relief Act, 1862," Notice is hereby
given that all persons who may have claims
against the estate of the late John Roy, for-
merly of Wellington, in the Province of Wel-
lington, and subsequently of Hawthorn Dale,
near Dunedin in the Province of Otago, are
directed to send in the same to William Lyon,
Esquire, of Wellington, one of the Executors
named in the will of the said John Roy, within
three months, from the first day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-five. And
notice is further given that after the expiration
of the said period of three months, the Execu-
tors of the said will, will proceed to distribute
the assets of the said John Roy amongst the
parties entitled thereto, having regard to the
claims of which the executors shall then have
notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraor-
dinary meeting of Shareholders in the
above Company, held at Dunedin, Otago, on
the 3rd day of January, 1864, "It was resolved
that the Company be wound up voluntarily in
terms of the Act."
