Notice under "Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860."
NOTICE is hereby given that the following Special
Resolution will be submitted to the Share-

holders of the above Company at an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Company, to be held at the
Office of the Company, Fort Street, Auckland, at
four p.m., on Tuesday, the 15th of August next,
viz. :-
"That this meeting requires the Golden Point
Gold Mining Company, Limited, to be wound
up voluntarily."

I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI., of
the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons
claiming Title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the
undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the
said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the annexed
Schedule.
