Lyttelton and Christchurch Railway.
NOTICE is hereby given, that application is in-
tended to be made to the General Assembly at
its next Session, for leave to bring in a Bill to
provide for the Prevention of Accidents and the
Punishment of Offences on the Lyttelton and Christ-
church Railway.
Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the
Private Bill Office within fourteen days of the com-
mencement of the said Session.
