same time, specify in writing, some known place of address situate in the
same town as the Register Office, at which place notices may be left. The
leaving of notices at such places shall be deemed good service thereof under
the Act and under these Regulations.

The same persons may, by writing left with the District Registrar,
from time to time change such place of notices. -
These Regulations may from time to time be altered and rescinded by
the Governor in Council, and the Registrar General may rescind, alter, and
vary the same so far as may be consistent with the powers vested in him in
that behalf.
