(1.) In this Estate Proceedings by Creditors are pending for the purpose of making Real Estate responsible. Heir-at-law a minor.

(2:) This Estate consisted of a very great number of small items several of which have not yet been recovered but will probably be recoverable. The bulk of
the proceeds has been paid over under an order of the Court to the Representatives of the next of Kin.

(3.) Original accounts passed and proceeds paid over to the claimants.
Certain property belonging to the Estate consisting of Gunpowder and Muskets has been brought from the Chatham Islands to Wellington but proves unsaleable.

(4.) There is a small quantity of Jewellery retained for Representatives at Home which will now be disposed of.
