Lighthouse Dues shall be levied at the Port of
Dunedin at the following rates-1st. Vessels (not
steam vessels) from Great Britain, or ports beyond
the Australasian Colonies, per register ton, Sixpence.
2nd. All steam vessels and vessels from the Austra-
lasian Colonies, per register ton, Fourpence. 3rd.
For every steamer or sailing vessel employed in the
coasting trade, per register ton, One Penny.
N.B. Vessels from beyond the Colony of New
Zealand, arriving at the Ports of Oamaru, Moeraki,
Waikowaite, or Molyneux, and not having paid Light
Dues at any port previously, shall be charged at the
same rate as at the Port of Dunedin.

LYTTELTON.

On and after the date of the Lighthouse at Godley
Head being illuminated, notice of which will be given
to the collecting officer, Lighthouse Dues at the Port
of Lyttelton shall be levied at the following rates :-
1st. Vessels (not steam vessels) from Great Britain,
or ports beyond the Australasian Colonies, per register
ton, Sixpence. 2nd. All steam vessels and vessels
from the Australasian Colonies, per register ton,
Fourpence. 3rd. For every steamer or sailing vessel
employed in the coasting trade, per register ton,
One Penny.
N.B. Vessels from beyond the Colony of New
Zealand, arriving at the ports of Akaroa or Timaru,
and not having paid Light dues at any port previ-
ously, shall be charged at the same rate as at the
Port of Lyttelton.

PICTON.

Light Dues shall be levied at the Port of Picton,
as soon as notice to that effect be given to the collect-
ing officer, at the following rates: -1st. Vessels from
Great Britain, or ports beyond the Australasian
Colonies, per register ton, Threepence. 2nd. All
vessels from the Australasian Colonies, per register
ton, Twopence. 3rd. For every steamer or sailing
vessel employed in the coasting trade, per register
ton, One Halfpenny.

HAVELOCK.

Light Dues shall be levied at the Port of Have-
lock, as soon as notice to that effect be given to the
collecting officer, at the following rates:-1st. Ves-
sels from Great Britain, or ports beyond the
Australasian Colonies, per register ton, Threepence.
2nd. All vessels from the Australasian Colonies, per
register ton, Twopence. 3rd. For every steamer or
sailing vessel employed in the coasting trade, per
register ton, One Halfpenny.

WANGANUI, COOK'S STRAITS.

Light Dues shall be levied at the Port of Wanga-
nui, Cook's Straits, on vessels arriving at that port
from the Eastward, as soon as notice to that effect
be given to the collecting officer, at the following
rates:-1st. Vessels from Great Britain, or ports
beyond the Australasian Colonies, per register ton,
Threepence. 2nd. All vessels from the Australasian
Colonies, per register ton, Twopence. 3rd. For every
steamer or sailing vessel employed in the coasting
trade, per register ton, One Halfpenny.

AUCKLAND.

Light Dues shall be levied at the Port of Auck-
land, on and after notice being given to the collecting
officer, at the following rates:-1st. Vessels (not
steam vessels) from Great Britain, or ports beyond
the Australasian Colonies, per register ton, Sixpence.
2nd. All steam vessels and vessels from the Aus-
tralasian Colonies, per register ton, Fourpence. 3rd.

For every steamer or sailing vessel employed in the
coasting trade, per register ton, One Penny.
N.B. Vessels plying in that part of the Gulf of
Hauraki, to the Southward of Rangitoto and
Waiheki Islands, to be exempt from Light Dues.

Lighthouse Dues shall be levied at the Port of
Russell, Bay of Islands, on vessels making use of or
passing Tiri Tiri, or other lights on the coast of this
Colony, at the following rates:-1st. Vessels from
Great Britain, or ports beyond the Australasian
Colonies, per register ton, Threepence. 2nd. All
vessels from the Australasian Colonies, per register
ton, Twopence. 3rd. For every steamer or sailing
vessel, employed in the coasting trade, per register
ton, One Halfpenny.

The whole of the above dues shall be levied on
entering inwards only.

Gazette No. 3, of the 26th of January; No. 4 of the
11th of February; No. 9, of the 12th of March;
No. 10, of the 25th of March; No. 11, of the 6th of
April; No. 15, of the 27th of April; No. 20, of the
21st of May; No. 21, of the 6th of June; No. 25, of
the 2nd of July; No. 26, of the 9th of July; No. 27,
of the 20th of July; No. 31, of the 16th of August;
No. 33, of the 1st of September; No. 40, of the 22nd

No. 48, of the 16th of December in the present year.

Commissioner's Report under the "Lost Land Orders
Act 1861."

I, HENRY ROBERT RICHMOND a Commis-
sioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, entitled "The
Lost Land Orders Act, 1861," to hear and decide
claims for Crown Grants of lands for which the
original Land Orders have been lost or destroyed,
Report that the claim of
WALTER JOHN MORRISON,
of New Plymouth, having been referred to me by
command of the Governor, I do hereby decide that
the said Walter John Morrison is entitled to a Crown
Grant of the Town Allotment numbered 2077, Town
of New Plymouth, in the Province of Taranaki.

Dated at New Plymouth this 1st day of
November, 1864.
