Council of the Province of Marlborough, inti-

"The Billiard Tables Licensing Act, 1864,"
"The Blenheim Improvement Act, 1864,"
which Bills were reserved for the signification of the
Governor's pleasure thereon, having been laid before
the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to
assent to the same.

Commissioner's Report under the "Lost Land Orders
Act 1861."
I, HENRY ROBERT RICHMOND a Commis-
sioner duly appointed by virtue of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, entitled "The
Lost Land Orders Act, 1861," to hear and decide
Claims for Crown Grants of lands for which the
Original Land Orders have been lost or destroyed,
Report that the claim of
HARRY HUGHILINGS,
of Halifax, Yorkshire, England, having been referred
to me by command of the Governor, I do hereby
decide that the said Harry Hughlings is entitled to
a Crown Grant of the Rural allotment numbered 18,
Bell district, in the Province of Taranaki.
Dated at New Plymouth this 1st day of
November, 1864.
