Act, 1864," is published for general information.

AN ACT to alter the Duties of Customs.
[9th December, 1864.]

WHEREAS it is expedient to alter the Duties of Customs payable Title.
on the importation of goods wares and merchandize into the
Colony of New Zealand:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zea- Preamble.

Parliament sat at General Assembly House (nicknamed the 'Shedifice') in Auckland from 1854-1864, sharing the building with the Auckland Provincial Council.
