THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

aforesaid of the said Colony, in pursuance and exer-
cise of the said power and authority, do hereby, with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council
thereof, proclaim and declare the Resident Magis-
trates at Queenstown, at the Clyde, at Laurence, and
at Hamilton, respectively, within the Province of
Otago, to be Police Magistrates for the purposes
mentioned in the said Ordinances.

Given under my hand, at the Government
House, at Auckland, and issued under
the seal of the Colony of New Zealand,
this Eleventh day of November, in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Sixty-four.

IN exercise of the power vested in me by the
"Savings Bank Act, 1858," I, Sir George Grey,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby nominate and appoint the persons hereinafter
named to be Trustees of the Dunedin Savings' Bank,
namely,

HENRY CLAPCOTT, and
WILLIAM MASON,

in the place and stead of Thomas S. Forsaith, re-
signed, and George Duncan, who has left the Colony.

tion of Public Buildings is published for general
information.

SIR, — I am directed by the Commissioners for the
erection of Public Buildings to inform you, that they
passed a resolution at their meeting yesterday, that
request should be made to the Government to print
the Commissioners' Report of July last, to His
Excellency the Governor, in the Gazette.
