the Chief Surveyor of Canterbury, and
fronting on Tuam-street, near the Ferry
Road.

Appointing a Bonding Warehouse at Akaroa.
CUSTOMS.

Custom House, Lyttelton,
19th January, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the under-
mentioned building has been duly
approved and appointed, in accordance with
the 11th section of the "Customs Regulation
Act, 1858," to be a Warehouse for the secur-
ing of goods under Bond for the payment of
duties of Customs:-
A wooden building owned, occupied, and
recently built by Mr. Edward Circuit Latter,
and fronting on Church-street, near the Go-
verument Jetty, in the Town of Akaroa.

Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, on
TUESDAY, the FIRST day of MARCH NEXT, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon; and that a
sitting for the despatch of Civil Business will
be holden at the Court House aforesaid, on
MONDAY, the SEVENTH day of MARCH next,
at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at which
times and place all persons under recogni-
