who may wish to obtain, respectively, one of the said
allotments, are hereby invited to make application at
the Survey Office, on or before Monday, the 3rd
October next.

NOTICE is hereby given that application is in-
tended to be made to the General Assembly of
New Zealand, at the next session thereof, for leave to
bring in a Bill to incorporate the Shareholders of a
certain company, called the Otago and Southland
Investment Company, Limited, with perpetual suc-
cession and a common seal, and to enable the said
Company to sue and be sued in their said corporate
name, and to limit the liability of the said
shareholders, and for other purposes.
And notice is hereby further given that copies of
the said Bill will be deposited in the Private Bill
Office, within fourteen days from the commencement
of the Session.
