HIS Excellency the Governor has been
pleased to make the following appoint-
ment, viz.:—
WILLIAM BLAKE GRAHAM
to be Captain and Adjutant of Militia and
Volunteers in the Dunedin Militia District.
Date of Commission—April 2nd, 1864.

Blockade of the Port of Tauranga on the
East Coast.
IT is hereby Notified, that the Naval Autho-
rities have been requested to maintain a
strict Blockade of the Port of Tauranga, and
not to allow Supplies of any kind to be landed
there except for the use of the Troops.

Reward for Apprehension of a Deserter
from H.M.S. Curaçoa.

NOTICE is hereby given, that in addition
to the usual Reward granted by the
Naval Authorities, the sum of £10 will be
paid by the Government for the apprehen-
sion of the undermentioned Deserter from
H.M.S. "Curaçoa" :—

alterations in Money Order Offices, is pub-
lished for general information.

On the 1st January the following altera-
tions will be made, viz. :—
ENGLAND.

Money Order Offices will be opened in
London and its Suburbs at—
Manchester Road (Isle of Dogs)......
Down (Kent)........................ -
The Money Order Offices now known
as "Brompton Row, S.W." and "Bridge
Road, Lambeth, S.," will in future be desig-
nated, respectively, "Brompton Road, S.W.,"
and "Westminster Bridge Road, S." -
Money Order Offices will be opened in
