pleased to make the following appoint-
ment, viz. :-

In the Auckland Militia.
Iver MacIver to be Captain. Date of Com-
mission—22nd December, 1863.
John Wilson to be Captain. Date of Com-
mission—23rd December, 1863.
Captain William St. Clare Tisdall to be
Adjutant. Date of Commission—January
6th, 1864.
Charles Cavendish Hurrell to be Lieutenant.
