Postal Conventions between the United Kingdom and Prussia, Bremen, aud Hamburg.
THE following Despatch respecting Postal Conventions between the United Kingdom and
Prussia, Bremen, and Hamburg is published for general information.

SIR, -I have to inform you that new Postal Conventions have been concluded between this
Country and Prussia, Bremen, and Hamburg, which will come into operation on the 1st
January next; and that thenceforward the following will be the rates of postage (British
and Foreign combined) to be collected on Letters posted in New Zealand sent through the
United Kingdom to Germany and to certain Countries, the correspondence of which passes
through Germany :-
