THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
IN exercise of the power in me for this pur-
pose vested by the "Customs Regulation
Act, 1858," I, Sir George Grey, the Go-
vernor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint that, on and from the day of
the date hereof, the limits of the Port of
Invercarcargill shall be as follows-
All the waters of the Orete and Waiopai
Estuaries, known as the New River Harbour,
comprised to the Southward and Eastward of a
line drawn from Omawi, or Steep Head, in a
North Easterly direction to Bushy Point, thence
North (true bearing) to a point intersecting a
line drawn West (true) from the North-west
corner of the boundary of the town of Inver-
cargill, together with the site of the town of
Invercargill, as delineated in the official plans
of the same, and the Mokomok Inlet.

Appointing Limits for Bluff Harbour.

the Most Honourable Order of
the Bath, Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the
same, &c. &c.
In exercise of the power in me for this
purpose vested by the "Customs
Regulation Act, 1858," I, Sir George Grey,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, do hereby appoint that, on and from
the day of the date hereof, the limits of the
Port of Bluff Harbour shall be as follows:-
All the waters of Bluff Harbour com-
prised, to the Northward and Westward of
a line drawn from Starling Point to Te
Waewae Point, and thence continued to the
East end of Joey's Island; together with the
site of the town of Campbelltown, as de-
lineated in the official plans of the same.

Appointing Legal Quays for Port of
Invercargill.

mander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same,
&c. &c.
IN exercise of the power in me for this
purpose vested by the "Customs Regu-
lation Act, 1858," I, Sir George Grey, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint that, on and from the day of
the date hereof, the Jetty, and the Beach
one hundred yards immediately to the South
thereof, and the North bank of the Puni
Creek, between the Provincial Government
fence and the Terrace, shall be deemed and
taken to be the legal Landing Places for the
lading and unlading of Goods at the Port of
Invercargill, under the "Customs Regulation
Act, 1858."

Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint that, on and from the day of
the date hereof, the Beach, within one hun-
dred yards of the Custom House, on either
side, shall be deemed and taken to be the
legal Landing Place for the lading and un-
lading of Goods at the Port of Bluff Har-
