  • On Sundays at 9 a.m.
† Except in June, July, and August.
Note (a.)—The Mails should leave Alexandria one day earlier than is here appointed, but, owing to the Outward Packet being despatched from Marseilles one day later than usual, the departure from Alexandria is necessarily
    postponed one day.
Note (b.)—This earlier departure, although a deviation from the contract, is permitted, to ensure a junction being effected with the Packet from Calcutta at Point de Galle.
Note (c.)—On these occasions, owing to the prevalence of the south-west monsoon, the arrival of the Packets at Suez is likely to be retarded, and the delivery of the Mails at Marseilles and Southampton respectively affected in a
    corresponding degree.

Printed and Published by W. C. WILSON, for the New Zealand Government at the Printing Office, Shortland Crescent.
