SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of
the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Queen-street, Auckland, on Monday
the second day of March next, at eleven
o'clock in the forenoon; and that a sitting for
the despatch of Civil Business will be holden
at the Court House aforesaid, on Saturday, the
seventh day of March next, at eleven o'clock
in the forenoon, at which times and place all
persons under recognizance to appear as pro-
secutors, defendants or witnesses are required
to give their attendance.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

Chief Marine Board Office,
Auckland, 3rd February, 1863.

CAPTAIN J. MCLEAN, s. s. Aldinga,
reports that on 24th August last, the
above vessel struck a sunken rock on the South
Coast of Otago, about three miles from the
shore slope point, bearing N. E. by E., and
Waipapa point N. W. W. with twelve
fathoms close to.

The rock must have been small and pointed
as the steamer struck it amidships, slued round,
and fell off head to sea.

CUSTOMS, INVERCARGILL.

NOTICE is hereby given that a wooden
building belonging to Mr. Kenneth
McIvor, situated on Section 21, Block XI.,
Tay-street, in the Town of Invercargill, has
been duly approved and appointed in accord-
ance with Section XI. of "Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," to be a Warehouse for the
securing of goods under Bond for the payment
of Duties of Customs.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partner-
ship lately subsisting between us, the un-
dersigned, William Bassett Williams and John
Bailey Williams, as sheep-farmers at Oahanga,
on the East Coast, in the Province of Welling-
ton, New Zealand, has been this day dissolved
by mutual consent. All debts due by and to
us jointly will be respectively paid and received
by the undersigned, John Bailey Williams.
Witness our hands at Wellington, in the said
Province, this twenty-third day of January,
1863.
