The following Liabilities may also be regarded as Debts of the Province of Auckland:—
Debentures secured on the City of Auckland Endowments for £15,000, bearing 7 per cent. Interest and 3 per cent. Sinking Fund; redeemable in 1875.
Debentures secured on the Auckland Harbour Endowments for £25,000, bearing 7 per cent. Interest, and 2 per cent. Sinking Fund; redeemable 31st December 1876.
