acting Coastwaiter of H.M. Customs at Coro-
mandel, to be a Licensing Officer under the
provisions of the "Arms Act, 1860," with a
limitation of his powers to the granting of
Licenses for the purchase and sale of Blasting
Powder only, vice Mr. S. Von Sturmer.
