I, Thomas Outhwaite, do swear that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the
above is a just and true account of all the Receipts and Disbursements on account of the
above Estate of John Smith, deceased, from the 1st day of January, 1861, to the 31st day
of December, 1861.
