All that piece of land situate at Marangai bounded on Suburban Section No. 30 as delineated in the plan drawn in the margin of a Deed of Conveyance bearing date January 24th, 1860.

PUKENUI RESERVE.

I, JOSIAH FLIGHT, a person duly appointed in this behalf, under the Provisions of the New Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856, hereby certify and report that I have ascertained that the Aboriginal Inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereunder written have assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall be subject to the provisions of the said Act.

As witness my hand this fourth day of June, 1862,

All that piece of land situate at Pukenui, bounded on the North by a stream called Poti, on the East by Watson-street, on the South by a stream called Uira, on the West by Hobson-street, containing 18 acres and one rood (18a. 1r.)

PUKEWARANGA RESERVE.

I, JOSIAH FLIGHT, a person duly appointed in this behalf, under the provisions of the New Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856, hereby certify and report that I have ascertained that the Aboriginal inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereunder written have assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall be subject to the provisions of the said Act.

As witness my hand this fourth day of June, 1862,

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act, 1854," the following names of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within the meaning of the said Act, are published for general information:—

" James Hendry McNaughton.

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby certify that the foregoing NAMES of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within the meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854," have been sent in to me, in addition to the names in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 6 of the 20th of January, No. 8 of the 3rd of February, No. 12 of the 28th of February, No. 13 of the 7th of March, No. 15 of the 22nd of March, No. 23 of the 11th of June, No. 24 of the 21st of June, No. 28 of the 12th of July, and No. 31 of the 20th of August, in the present year.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-first day of November, 1862.

I, JOHN BOYLE BENNETT, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies within the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that I have registered a Memorandum of Association, with Articles of Association, establishing a Company, (with limited liability of the shareholders therein), entitled—

"THE ALBION GOLD MINING COMPANY, LIMITED,"
the objects of which are "the working and mining of gold bearing quartz reefs at Coromandel, in the Province of Auckland, belonging to the Company and contained in the claims known as Number Six Reef Claim and Claim Number Sixteen, on Ring's Driving Creek, and such other claims or shares of claims as the Company may from time to time get, and extracting gold and other minerals from the said Reefs and Claims, with or without machinery, and by any other means that may be considered proper, and the doing all such acts and things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects":—

And that, in pursuance of the provisions of "The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have issued a certificate of Incorporation of the said Company, bearing date this twenty-second day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two,
