of H. de C. Martelli, Esq., Gazetted
to the Commission of the Peace, in Gazette
No. 18, of the 23rd April, 1862, fol. 165, and
to be Paymaster of the Wanganui Militia in
Gazette No. 31, of the 20th August, 1862, fol.
252, should be "Horatio de Courcy."

SIR,-I have the honor to state that at the
request of Her Majesty's Commissiours for
the International Exhibition, I attended as
Commissioner for New Zealand at the award
of Prizes on the 11th instant, and received from
His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge
a book of the Awards.
