Wellington, 6th August, 1862.
The Honorable WILLIAM FOX, holding the office of Colonial Secretary;
The Honorable HENRY SEWELL, holding the office of Attorney-General;
The Honorable READER GILSON WOOD, holding the offices of Colonial Treasurer and Commis-
sioner of Customs;
The Honorable CROSBIE WARD, holding the offices of Post-master General and Secretary for Crown
Lands;
The Honorable THOMAS HENDERSON, holding the office of Member of the Executive Council of
New Zealand;

His Excellency has been pleased this day to appoint
The Honorable ALFRED DOMETT, to be Colonial Secretary;
The Honorable THOMAS BANNATYNE GILLIES, to be Attorney-General;
The Honorable FRANCIS DILLON BELL to be Colonial Treasurer, and Minister for Native
Affairs;
The Honorable WALTER BALDOCK DURRANT MANTELL, to be Post-master General and Secretary
for Crown Lands,
