"The Provincial Auditor's Salary Act, 1862,"

which Bill was reserved for the signification of
the Governor's pleasure thereon, having been
laid before the Governor, His Excellency has
been pleased to assent to the same.

Council of Wellington, intituled

"An Act to authorise the Superintendent to
raise a further Loan of Twenty-five Thousand
Pounds,"

which Bill was reserved for the signification of
the Governor's pleasure thereon, having been
laid before the Governor, His Excellency has
been pleased to assent to the same.

their operation.

IN reference to Gazette No. 24, dated 21st
June, page 215, the number of the Com-
pany of the "Wanganui" Rifle Volunteers,
to which Captain Palkes, Lieutenant Brough-
ton, and Ensign Beaven, (not Bedoen as
stated) are gazetted, should be No. 2, instead
of No. 1.

"The Slaughter House Act, 1862."

"An Act to amend and consolidate the law
relating to Scab, Catarrh, and Sheep In-
spectors."

"An Act to regulate the Traffic on Public
Highways."

"The Appropriation Act, No. 2, 1862-3."

having been laid before the Governor, His Ex-
cellency has been pleased to leave the same to
their operation.
