FORM OF LICENSE.

Province of Auckland, New Zealand.

By virtue of the Native Land Purchase
Ordinance, the Government doth hereby
License the holder hereof to exercise, within
the Native Land hereunder specified, the
privileges which holders of the "Miner's
Right" may exercise within Waste Lands of
the Crown, but subject to the following

CONDITIONS.

The Regulations applicable to "Miner's
Rights" and the Holders thereof within Waste
Lands of the Crown in the Coromandel Dis-
trict shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to this
License and the Holder thereof.

If the Holder of this License shall not in
all things observe the said Regulations or
any other Regulations, duly made, then, and
immediately on any breach of such Regula-
tions, this License shall become void and of
no effect, and the Holder shall be liable to
be dealt with and proceeded against as a
trespasser without License, under the pro-
visions of the Native Land Purchase Ordi-
nance.
