RICHARD RAMSAY ARMSTRONG
to be Registrar of Marriages, and Registrar of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages, for the District
of Mount Grey, in place of Thomas Upfill
Wilson.
This appointment to take effect on and from
the first day of August, 1862.
