A PROCLAMATION.
The General Assembly of New Zealand
further prorogued.
By His Excellency Sir GEORGE GREY,
Knight, Commander of the Most
Honorable Order of the Bath,
Administrator of the Government
of Her Majesty's Colony of New
&c., &c., &c.
WHEREAS the General Assembly of
New Zealand has been and now stands
prorogued to Saturday, the Seventh day of
December now next ensuing:
And whereas it is expedient further to pro-
rogue the same:
Now therefore I, Sir George Grey, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zea-
land, do hereby further prorogue the said Gene-
ral Assembly until Wednesday, the fifth day
of February next.
Given under my hand, at the Govern-
ment House at Auckland, and
issued under the Seal of
the Colony of New Zealand, this
twenty-ninth day of November,
in the year of our Lord, One
thousand eight hundred and
sixty-one.
