CUSTOMS.
Governor's Order No. 16, appointing Port of Molyneux.
By His Excellency Sir GEORGE
GREY, Knight, Commander of
the Most Honorable Order of
the Bath, Administrator of the
Government of the Colony of
New Zealand and its Dependen-
cies, &c., &c.
IN exercise of the power in me for this pur-
pose vested by the "Customs Regulation
Act, 1858," I, Sir George Grey, the Admin-
istrator of the Government of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint that on and
from the day of the date hereof there shall be
within the Province of Otago a Port to be
called the Port of Molyneux, the limits whereof
shall be as follows:--
"Extending from the mouth of the Puerua
River along the Clutha River and the Ocean
Beach, as far as the boundary between Sec-
tions 6 and 7, Block VII, South Molyneux,
and including the spaces reserved for the Town-
ship of Molyneux."
Given under my hand at the Govern-
ment House, at Auckland, this
second day of November, in the
year of Our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and sixty-one.

These appointments to bear date from the
1st January, 1862.
