IS Excellency the Governor, in Council,
has been pleased to delegate under the
"Diseased Cattle Act, 1861," to the Super-
intendents respectively of the Provinces of
Auckland,
Taranaki,
Wellington,
Hawke's Bay,
Nelson,
Canterbury,
Otago, and
Southland,
the several powers vested in the Governor
by the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 10th
Sections of the said Act, subject to be
rescinded as in the said Act provided, and
subject to the Regulations contained in the
Order in Council of even date herewith.
