Munga Mungaroa Creek; thence following
high-water mark of that creek, Turanga
Creek, Waikopua Creek, the Waiheke Channel,
and the Wairoa River, to the point of com-
mencement.

No. 5 COMPANY.

Within a line commencing at the seaward
end of the Road forming the Southern
boundary of Clendon's Grant; thence along
that Road and the Northern boundary of the
Parish of Papakura to the Road known as
Ligar's Road; thence along that Road to the
Wairoa River; thence along the high-water
mark of the Eastern bank of the Wairoa River
to the point where it is cut by a circle having
a radius of 15 miles from the point where the
Great South Road intersects the North
Western boundary of Clendon's Grant;
thence by that circle to the point where it
intersects the South Head of the Manakau
Harbour; thence (within the circle) by
high-water mark of the Manakau waters to
the point of commencement.

tion Act, 1858," section 16,

Licensed to act as a Custom House Agent at
the Port of Napier for the year ending 31st
December, 1861.

In the Estate of George William Armer, of
Auckland, deceased intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable
Court, the Creditors of the above-named
Intestate are, on or before the eleventh day of
October next, to come in and prove their debts
before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar
of the Supreme Court, at his office in the
Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or in de-
fault thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded
from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
