"An Act to indemnify the Superintendent
and his Executive Council for the expen-
diture of Public money during the years
1858, 1859, and 1860, aud also for a
certain sum expended in excess of the
Appropriation Act, 1857,"
having been laid before the Governor, His Ex-
cellency has been pleased to leave the same to
its operation.
