ment in the 1st Battalion of the Auckland
Regiment of Militia,
CHARLES FIELD GOLDSBRO,
to be Surgeon.—Date of Commission, 23rd
April, 1861.
The previous Commission as Surgeon of
Volunteer Corps in the Auckland Militia Dis-
trict being cancelled.

for Debt Ordinance, Session 3, No. 7," the
Court will sit at Auckland, on MONDAY, the
twenty-fourth day of June next, for the
hearing of applications for relief, and for the
despatch of all business arising under the
provisions of the above Ordinance.
