General Post Office,
Auckland 25th April, 1861.

THE several states and Provinces of Italy
following, viz;—Grand Duchy of Tus-
cany, Duchies of Parma and Modena, the
Romagna, Umbria, and the Marches, having
been incorporated with the Sardinian King-
dom it is hereby notified for general information
that all the Rates of Postage and Postal Regu-
lations of that Kingdom are now extended to
Letters, Newspapers etc., directed to any of
the above named territories.

Such correspondence is forwarded by way of
Malta to its destination, on payment of the
Sea Postage Rate of 6d. per letter not exceed-
ing half an ounce in weight, etc.

A list of the Principal Places in the three
last named Provinces is subjoined.

of the General Assembly of New Zealand,
passed in the eighteenth year of the reign of
Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and entitled
"The Marriage Act, 1854," the following
Names of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within the
meaning of the said Act, are published for
general information:—

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages in New Zea-
land, do hereby certify that the foregoing
NAMES of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within
the meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854,"
have been sent in to me, in addition to the Names
in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 6 of the 31st of January, No. 15 of the
21st of March, No. 19 of the 17th of
April, and No. 20 of the 23rd of April, in
the present year.

Given under my hand, at Auckland,
this twenty-ninth day of April,
1861.
