   twenty miles from the present Police office in
   the Town of Nelson.
6. Of the Marlborough District, the cir-
   cumference of a circle, whereof the radius
   extends thirty miles from the present Court
   House in the Town of Beaver.
7. Of the Dunedin District, the circum-
   ference of a circle, whereof the radius extends
   twenty miles from the present Police office in
   the town of Dunedin.
8. Of the Invercargill District, the cir-
   cumference of a circle, whereof the radius
   extends thirty miles from the present Police
   office at Invercargill.

And doth designate the Militia within each
of the said Districts by the name of a
Battalion.
