- Of the Nelson District, the circum-
ference of a circle, the radius of which extends
twenty miles from the present Police office in
the Town of Nelson. - Of the Marlborough District, the cir-
cumference of a circle, whereof the radius
extends thirty miles from the present Court
House in the Town of Beaver. - Of the Dunedin District, the circum-
ference of a circle, whereof the radius extends
twenty miles from the present Police office in
the town of Dunedin. - Of the Invercargill District, the cir-
cumference of a circle, whereof the radius
extends thirty miles from the present Police
office at Invercargill.
And doth designate the Militia within each
of the said Districts by the name of a
Battalion.

tom House."

clining all is reserved.
