THE following Bill, passed by the Provin-
cial Council of the Province of Maribo-
rough, intituled
"An Act to Appropriate the Revenue of
the Province of Marlborough, to the 30th day
of June, 1861,"
which Bill was reserved for the signification of
the Governor's pleasure thereon, having been
laid before the Governor, His Excellency has
been pleased to assent to the same.

Superintendent and the Provincial Coun-
cil of Otago, intituled
"The Board of Audit and Executive Council
Ordinance, 1860,"
"Appropriation Ordinance, 1860,"
having been laid before the Governor, His Ex-
cellency has been pleased to leave the same to
their operation.

laid before the Governor, His Excellency has
been pleased to withhold his assent to the same.

CAPT. GEORGE ARMSTRONG,
Adjutant of the Canterbury Regiment of
Militia, to be the person with whom shall be
deposited the copy of the Militia List for the
Militia District of Christchurch.

TENDERS will be received at this office
until noon on Wednesday, the 26th inst.,
for such printing as may be required at Auck-
land for the service of the General Government
during the twelve calendar months, commencing
the first of October next.
The Printing will be divided into the follow-
ing portions :-
1st. The Government Gazettes (with and
without folding and addressing at per
hundred copies).
2nd. Bills, Acts, and Estimates.
3rd. Votes and Proceedings and Daily No-
tices of the Legislative Council and House
of Representatives.
4th. Statistics and similar Returns, chiefly
comprising figures.
5th. Blank Forms and other jobs not in-
cluded in the above portions.
