COMMISSIONER'S ORDER.
No. 5.
WHEREAS by the seventeenth (17th)
section of an Act of the General As-
sembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Cus-
toms Regulation Act, 1858," it is enacted that
the Commissioner of Customs may order and
direct in which ports or places, goods cleared
for drawback, or from the warehouse, shall be
carried or waterborne to be put on board any
ship for exportation, or goods carried or water-
borne from any importing ship to, or to be
landed at any wharf, quay, or other place,
shall be so carried or waterborne only by per-
sons authorised for that purpose by license of
the Commissioner. Now, therefore, I, the
Commissioner of Customs, in exercise of the
power in this behalf given me by the herein-
before in part recited Act, do hereby order and
direct that from and after the thirtieth day of
September next, the Port of Dunedin shall be a
Port in which goods cleared for drawback or
from the Warehouse, shall be carried or water-
borne to be put on board ships for exportation;
and also goods carried or waterborne from any
importing ship to, or to be landed at any
wharf, quay, or other place, shall be so carried
or waterborne—only by persons authorised for
that purpose by license of the Commissioner.

and ALFRED PARKER GIBBS, of Auckland,
deceased, intestates.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable
Court, the Creditors of the above-named
Intestates, are on or before the Tenth day of
November next, to come in and prove their debts
before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of
the said Court at his office in the Court House,
Queen-street, Auckland, or in default thereof
they will be peremptorily excluded from all
benefit arising from the said Estates.

SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Queen-street, Auckland, on Saturday,
the first day of September next, at ten o'clock in
the forenoon; and that a Sitting for the des-
patch of Civil Business will be holden at the
Court House, on Friday, the seventh day of
September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon,
at which times and place all persons under
recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defend-
ants, or witnesses, are required to give their
attendance.
