By virtue and in exercise of the power and
authority for this purpose vested in me,
I, THEODORE MINET HAULTAIN, Lieutenant-
Colonel commanding the First Battalion of the
Auckland Regiment of Militia, do hereby fix
and appoint the times and places hereunder
written to be the times and places respectively
for the training and exercise of the several
Companies of the First Battalion of the Auck-
land Regiment of Militia.
A Warehouse belonging to John Jones,
situated in Manse Street, Dunedin,
A Warehouse belonging to William Hunter
Reynolds, situated on the Jetty Reserve,
Dunedin.

NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the under-
mentioned Premises have been duly ap-
pointed and approved, under the eleventh
clause of the "Customs Regulation Act,
1858," for the reception of Goods under
Bond, viz. :-
NOTICE.
WHEREAS, by a Deed of Grant under
the Seal of the Colony of New Zealand,
and tested at Auckland the 5th day of
January, in the year 1855, all that piece of
Land situated in the City of Nelson, in the
said Colony, containing one Acre, more or less,
bounded on the North by Washington Road,
on the East by land granted to Daniel Dixon,
and on the South and West by land granted
to John Burns, was granted to James Watkins,
Samuel Ironside, John Aldred, William
Hough, Adam Jackson, John Riley, and
Richard Wallis, and the survivor of them, and
the heirs and assigns of such survivor, in
trust to permit the said land and all buildings
thereon erected or to be erected to be for ever
appropriated to the use of the Schoolmaster for
the time being attached to the School
belonging to the people called Methodists in
the connexion established by the late Rever'end
John Wesley. Now, notice is hereby given
that, at the next meeting of the General
Assembly for the said Colony of New Zealand,
a petition will be presented on behalf of such
of the said trustees as are qualified for leave to
introduce a special Bill to empower the said
trustees to sell and dispose of the said piece of
land with all the buildings thereon, and to
provide for the investment of the proceeds of
sale in the purchase of other land in the said
City of Nelson, and the erection thereon of a
minister's dwelling-house and sehool-house, to
be vested in trustees for the use of the said
people called Methodists, in the connexion
aforesaid in the said City of Nelson. Dated
this eighteenth day of May, in the year of Our
Lord 1860.
