IN N exercise of the powers in me for this
purpose vested by the "Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," I, Thomas Gore Browne,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby appoint that the undermentioned
Port shall be a Warehousing Port for the
purposes of the "Customs Regulation Act,
1858," viz.,

AKABOA,

and do hereby approve of the same Port as a
Port for the Importation of Tobacco.

Given under my hand, at Auckland,
