office, until noon of the 23rd instant, from
Builders willing to contract for erecting a Boat
House in Official Bay for H. M. Customs, ac-
cording to a sketch and specification lying in
the office of the Inspector of Public Works,
Princes-street, where it may be seen between the
hours of 11 and 1, daily, and where further
information may be obtained.

of the General Assembly of New Zealand,
entitled "The Marriage Act, 1854," the fol-
lowing names of Officiating Ministers within
the meaning of the said Act, are published for
general information.

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of
Births Deaths and Marriages, in New Zea-
land, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Names of OFFICIATING MINISTERS within the
meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854" have
been duly sent in to me, in addition to the names
in a List published in the New Zealand Go-
vernment Gazette, Numb. 2, of the 26th of
January in the present year.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this
10th day of February, 1858.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land
Claims Settlement Act 1856, all persons
interested in or claiming title under any of
the Crown Grants specified in the Schedule
hereunto annexed, are hereby on behalf of
Her Majesty required to produce, or cause to be
produced, such Crown Grants before the Com-
missioner of Land Claims, at Russell, Bay of Is-
lands, on the tenth day of March next.
In default of the above Grants being produced on the day and at the place above men-
tioned, (unless the non-production thereof be accounted for to the satisfaction of the said Com-
missioner,) the said Grants will, under the
provisions of the aforesaid Act, be declared null and
void, and become so to all intents and purposes
in the Supreme Court by process of scire facias.
