Court of Claims, Auckland, December 15, 1858.
PURSUANT to the "Lands Claims Settlement Act, 1856," the Claims specified in the
annexed Schedule will be investigated in open Court, at Auckland, on Satur-
day, the 8th day of January next, and following days, at which time and place the
Claimants and all parties interested are required to attend, with their witnesses, and the original
deeds or documents relating to the respective claims.

Commissioner Matson re- ported 2nd May, 1848, that the Survey had not been sent in. Claim thereupon disallowed 12th June, 1848. |
